Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital product, such as a course, guide or e-book, from bisidavid.com. Please read them before you buy and keep a copy for your records. By completing your order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

bisidavid.com is the official website of the Bisi David brand and is run by JO Properties Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean JO Properties Ltd. "You" means the person buying the product.

Our products are sold to individuals for their own personal use.

2. Products, prices and payment

• Each product page describes what you get, the format and the price. Product-specific terms are in section 10.
• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where VAT applies. If you pay in another currency, your bank may add conversion fees.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your order is accepted, and our contract with you begins, when your payment is confirmed and we send your confirmation.
• If a product is shown at a price that is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund everything you paid.

3. Delivery

• Digital products are delivered by email, via access/download links, or as a downloadable file (where applicable), to the email address you give at checkout.
• Delivery usually takes a few minutes. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder, then email support@bisidavid.com with your order number or proof of purchase and we will send it again.
• Please make sure the email address you give at checkout is correct. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by a wrong address.
• Keep your delivery email as it contains your order/product details, which you need for support and for any guarantee claim.

Delivery and access

After payment, we email a secure download link and a unique password to the address you gave at checkout. The link works for 30 days from purchase and allows up to 5 downloads. Please save the PDF to your own device once downloaded. If your link expires or runs out, email support@bisidavid.com with your order number and we will reissue it.

Your personal copy

Each copy is made for one buyer. Your name or email address and your order number are printed on the pages of your copy and recorded in the file. The file opens with the password sent to you, and copying, editing or extracting its content is disabled. Printing for your own use is allowed. Sharing your copy, its password or its download link breaches this licence, and any copy found shared online can be traced to the order it came from.

4. Your right to cancel

UK law usually gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered straight away, that right ends once delivery begins, as long as you agreed to this before buying.

At checkout, we ask you to confirm two things:

1. You want the product delivered immediately.
2. You understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery begins.

Because your file is sent as soon as payment is confirmed, your 14-day cancellation right ends when we send it.

This does not affect any product guarantee in section 10, or your rights if the product is faulty or not as described (section 5).

5. If something is wrong with your product

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If your file will not open, is damaged or incomplete, or is not what the product page described, email support@bisidavid.com. We will send you a working copy.

6. How you may use our products

When you buy a product, you get a personal licence to use it for yourself. The content stays the property of JO Properties Ltd and Bisi David. All rights are reserved.

You may:

• Download the file and keep it on your own devices.
• Print copies of the workbooks and worksheets for yourself and your household.

You may not:

• Share, forward, upload or post the file, or any part of it, anywhere others can access it, including group chats, forums and shared drives.
• Sell, resell, give away or rent the product.
• Copy or adapt the content to create your own course, product or coaching material.

If you break these conditions, we may end your licence without a refund, and take further legal action where necessary.

7. Education only, not professional advice

Our products are educational. They share frameworks, exercises and Bisi David's own experience to help you think through your situation.

• They are not immigration, legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and buying one does not make us your adviser.
• Everyone's circumstances are different. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result.
• Any figures, stories or examples are illustrations, not predictions.
• The decisions you make, and what follows from them, are your own.

Before acting on a major decision, such as changing your visa status, moving country, resigning or investing, please get advice from a suitably qualified professional. That could be a regulated immigration adviser, a solicitor, an FCA-authorised financial adviser or an accountant.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are only responsible for loss or damage you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. In simple terms:

• We are not liable for losses you could not have expected when you bought the product.
• Our products are for personal use, so we are not liable for any loss of business, profit or business opportunity.
• Because our products are educational (section 7), we are not liable for the decisions you make or their outcome.
• Apart from this, the most we will pay you for any product is the price you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. This includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Privacy, complaints and other terms

Your information. We use your name, email address and order details to deliver your product, support you and handle any refund. Stripe processes your payment. We only send you marketing emails if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Complaints. If you are unhappy, email support@bisidavid.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

If part of these terms is invalid. The rest of the terms still apply.

Law and courts. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
